I love helping people. I have studied relationships, mental wellness, and traditional practices to gather my knowledge on being of service and helping others. Most importantly, I have listened to a lot of people across generations spanning from 5 to 92 years old. I have learned from these clinical relationships how to be a more effective therapist and deliver individualized care.
I love collaborating with Clients to encourage them to live their best life now.
I am a warm and approachable person who never less brooks no nonsense. I bring a positive, honest, grounded perspective to each session. Working in the “here and now” allows for an intuitive process to unfold through collaboration and consistent sessions. I use an eclectic approach: CBT, DBT, Adlerian, Narrative, Ml, Harm Reduction, and Mindfulness.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist in the state of California, #113892 where I have
a private practice seeing clients in an office setting and on line. I completed Adler Graduate school in Minneapolis, MN and have been working in the field since 2010. I relocated to California in 2015 with my family and I love living near both the ocean and mountains! Nature it
grounds and recharges me.
